October Scripture Memory

“Have you never heard? Have you never understood? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth. He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of his understanding” (Isaiah 40:28)

Icebreaker Question:

Who was the first person who told you about Jesus? Or, when was the first time you heard about Jesus?

Small Group Questions:

1. Nicodemus came to Jesus by night, not wanting anyone to know; Have you ever shun away or stayed quiet about believing in Jesus?

2. How does it strike you that even the angels of God did not know what Jesus was revealing to Nicodemus?

3. How do you know that you have the Holy Spirit within you?

4. Can you share a time when the Holy Spirit intervened in your life, and you knew it was from God not of yourself?

5. Have you ever grumbled or complained to God about your situation as they did in numbers 21:4-9. How did that work out?

6. What has been the greatest change in your life since you have accepted the Lord and had the Holy Spirit come live within you?
