Small Group Questions:
Christ is the supreme creator and reconciler.
Pastor Oliver highlighted 3 things.
1) Christ is supreme over creation (v15-v17)
What do verses 15–17 reveal about Christ’s identity in relation to creation? How might this shape our view of the natural world?
How does knowing that Christ holds all things together affect our daily confidence and trust in Him?
In what ways do we sometimes treat creation as independent from Christ’s authority—and how can we realign our perspective?
2) Christ is supreme over Reconciliation (v18 - v20)
What does Paul mean when he calls Christ the “head of the body, the church”? How does this influence your understanding of church unity and leadership?
How is Christ’s supremacy reflected in His work of reconciling all things through the cross?
Reconciliation often involves healing fractured relationships—how can Christ's example guide us in seeking reconciliation with others?
3) Grand Reconciliation (v21-v23)
How can we live lives that reflect the reconciliation we’ve received in Christ? What does that look like practically—in our homes, communities, and workplaces?
